The operators of these pages (EAASDC e.V.) take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
As a rule, it is possible to use our website without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) on our pages, this is done on the legal basis:
- legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR
within the scope of fulfilling the purpose of the statutes and member care.
This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. Furthermore, the collection, processing or use of the personal data published here by third parties, in particular for the purposes of address trading or advertising, is not permitted without the express written consent of the person concerned.
If data is passed on to service providers within the scope of order processing, they are bound by the legal provisions of data protection (GDPR and BDSG-neu).
Personal data is only collected or transferred to government institutions and authorities within the framework of mandatory legal provisions.
We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may be subject to security vulnerabilities. It is not possible to completely protect data from access by third parties.

Cookies
Some of our web pages use so-called "cookies". Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.
In order to enable you to use our registration-required areas of the website, cookies are necessary to recognise you as a logged-in user even when you change pages within the registration-required area. Otherwise, you would have to log in again each time you changed pages. These cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser (so-called session cookies).

Contact form
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
Email addresses
All email correspondence with email addresses ending in "eaasdc.eu" is stored for business purposes (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). It will be deleted after the statutory retention periods have expired.
SSL encryption
This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests you send to us as the site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
When SSL encryption is enabled, the data you send to us cannot be read by third parties.
Right to information, deletion, blocking
You have the following rights vis-à-vis the EAASDC:
- Information on whether personal data concerning you is being processed and, if so, which data (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Request the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you and, where applicable, the completion of incomplete personal data (Art. 16 GDPR).
- Immediate erasure of personal data concerning you, provided that one of the reasons listed in detail in Art. 17 GDPR applies, e.g. if the data is no longer required for the purposes pursued.
- To request restriction of processing if none of the conditions listed in Art. 18 GDPR apply, e.g. if you have objected to the processing, for the duration of the review by the controller.
- Object to the processing of personal data concerning you at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. EAASDC will then no longer process the personal data unless EAASDC can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims (Art. 21 GDPR).
- Complaint to a supervisory authority, irrespective of any other administrative or judicial remedy, if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the GDPR (Art. 77 GDPR). You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the Member State of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
Website statistics
When accessing our website, data (e.g. IP address, date, time and pages viewed) is stored on the server. No personal data is used. We reserve the right to statistically evaluate anonymised data records.
